All sales are final. Due to the fact that we purchase these paintings directly from the artists, we are unable to offer any refunds. We do offer exchanges, and store credit if you need to return your canvas for some reason. When returning a canvas, for any reason, it must come back to us in the plastic that it was shipped out in, and must be accompanied by an RMA form, which can be acquired from a customer service representative at out Toll free number. In the very rare case that an order is eligible for a refund, there is a 20% restocking fee.
